Great front office staff. They have always worked to accommodate and make sure we are taken care of. A while back I had a prescription issue that was not getting resolved between my pharmacy and insurance. Luckily when I called Rebecca answered and understood what the issue was. Rebecca got a hold of both the insurance company and my pharmacy in order to quickly explain to them the issue and guide them on how to resolve it. I am very happy with this office and especially happy with such great front office staff like Rebecca!

As always, the front staff is so courteous and helpful in setting appointments, adding requests, etc. and Dorthy the nurse is awesome. She is so helpful in answering questions or concerns that I may have.

Dr Paley and his staff are a wonderful team. Very professional, very friendly, very helpful. His continued care and advice have kept me in excellent health. At age 71, I work full time, and know I can continue to do so for another 5 years or more. I am so happy that I found his office. I highly recommend him and his team.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The receptionist was warm, and efficient, she made check-in quick and easy, and answered all my questions with a smile. The doctor was exceptional thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the high level of service and compassion from both the doctor and the front desk. Highly recommend

Love Dr. Paley and the whole medical staff and office team. Very friendly, accommodating, professional, and obviously the medical professionals all know their stuff. Doctor Paley, whom I’ve been seeing for years now for general practice, has great bedside manner and always manages to make me crack a smile with his jokes.

I really like PA Kiley. Have seen her a number of times over the last couple of years. She's kind and has a great "bedside" manor as well as being highly educated! She breaks down reports and such so that it is plain English that I can understand. The ladies up front are nice. The office is clean and nice as well as in a good location for me.
